Hostcomm has won a contract to provide a 50 agent hosted dialler solution for Scoot. Hostcomm was chosen following a comprehensive review of the call centre technology market. The hosted dialler was chosen to automate the process of contacting clients by telephone and increasing customer service staff productivity. The Scoot Network, which was recently acquired by Touch Local, is a leading search company that connects millions of businesses with customers every month. Their network powers business directories for Touch Local, The Independent, The Sun, Ask Jeeves and LocalMole, giving advertisers the added value of being found on multiple leading search websites. Many of the businesses listed include lots of additional information like facilities, opening times, payment methods, maps, directions, website links, photos, coupons and even videos. Not only does the network give useful information, it allows users to review, rate and recommend local businesses and services enabling consumers to make informed choices based on trusted user-generated content.
