Technical Support Engineer - 2 positions

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Technical Support Manager, this role involves providing technical support to our clients who are using our hosted VoIP telephony services or our hosted VoIP-based call centre solutions.

Experience in a technical support environment is not essential but is an advantage. We're looking for a candidate that has a passion for technology and educated to A-level or degree level in IT or computing. This role is based in our busy Technical Support Office headquarters in Leicester. 

We’ll support the right candidate with six months of full training, fully preparing you for the challenges that our busy technical support department thrives on.

Experience Required

Candidates who already possess knowledge of some of the following will have an advantage:

  • Data networking
  • Voice over IP (VoIP)
  • Database technology.
  • Telecoms and PBXs
  • Security
  • Linux

Day-to-day

Hours: 9am – 5.30pm with the possibility of shift work (11am – 8pm)

Location: Leicester

Salary: Competitive/dependent on experience
