Hostcomm Limited has been selected as a GCloud 11 Crown Commercial Service Supplier

Exeter, Devon, UK (4th July 2019): Hostcomm is really pleased to announce that ithas been accepted onto the G-Cloud government cloud procurement framework and is now a Crown Commercial Service (CCS) supplier for our Omnichannel Customer Engagement Contact Centre Platform and AI Chatbot and Virtual Agent.

The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) acts on behalf of the Crown to drive savings for the taxpayer and improve the quality of commercial and procurement activity.

The G-Cloud framework is an agreement between the government and suppliers who provide cloud-based services such as Hostcomm. It makes it simple for public sector organisations including the NHS to purchase our omnichannel contact centre, and AI chatbot solutions.

Suppliers are carefully evaluated during the tender process and pre-agreed terms and conditions offer customers sound contractual safeguards. The agreement is fully EU compliant, saving customers the time and money associated with conducting their own procurement exercise.

Through the competitive tender process and regular benchmarking, CCS ensures customers have access to the most competitive deals.
