Exeter, Devon, UK: Hostcomm is really pleased to announce that it has been selected as a finalist in both the Contact Centre and Customer Engagement Solution categories for the upcoming Credit Collections Technology Awards to be held on September 12th.

The Credit & Collections Technology Awards are organised by Credit Connect and hosted at the Credit Services Association’s UK Credit and Collections Conference. They bring together credit and collections technology executives to honour the industry’s leading players across 20 categories.  They are technology focused Awards, seeking to champion innovation and best customer outcome solutions. The shortlist highlights technological achievements from industry-specialist providers within the credit and collections industry during 2019.

The finalists have been decided by a panel of esteemed experienced industry leaders using a unique judging process. Credit Connect’s panel of judges are chosen based upon their industry background providing a view from lenders and collections.

This year’s winners will be announced at the CSA’s Gala dinner on Thursday 12th September at the Crowne Plaza, Newcastle.
