In response to a period of high growth which has seen Hostcomm's turnover double in successive years, a new technical support centre has been acquired.
The office in Leicester now houses the existing team of technical support engineers and to allow for future expansion. Hostcomm's engineer recruitment strategy is based around taking intelligent, keen, young trainees and developing them into excellent engineers with specific knowledge and experience of hosted auto dialers, business voip and general telecomms.
The new technical support centre will also be a data centre for certain types of services. Hostcomm has recently ordered high speed resilient internet connections into the office and will commence with the building of the data centre in the next few months.
