How do I fund the call charges?

You will have a prepay calling account which can be credited 24X7 via card or Paypal. You can also credit your account during call centre hours via bank transfer. You will receive low balance alerts via email.

Is the hosted dialler OFCOM compliant?

Yes, the dialler has all of the necessary settings to ensure that you will not be in breach of any OFCOM regulations.

How quickly does the dialler take to set up for us?

For a 5-40 agent system 1 day, for larger systems around 2 days.

How many lines will my dialler have?

The total number of lines equates to 4 X the number of agents, in general, to allow for up to 4:1 dialling ratios, however, this can be increased.

How secure will my data be?

Each dialler has a firewall which will filter access based on IP address. There is a log of all dialler admin access. The dialler server access can also be SSL protected and we can also set up IPSEC VPNs. This means nobody except in-house admin staff has access to the data.

How easy is it to upgrade if we recruit more staff?

There are various sizes of server that can be used so if you outgrow your system we can move you overnight to a new system ready for the next morning.

Each dialler uses dedicated server technology so you do not share it with any other of our clients, this means you have lots of flexibility.

Can I upload data to the dialler myself?

Yes, using the lead loader, it takes less than a minute and supports most data formats, for example, CSV or Excel.

Can I change dialling pace?

Yes, this can be set on the admin interface and can be changed mid-campaign.

Does the dialler support predictive mode dialling?

Yes it does. The predictive dialer also supports Preview and Progressive dialling too.
