Demonstration Overview
Demo Option 1 - Speech based auto attendant
Demonstrates basic speech recognition by taking your voice input and matching to a test corporate directory then routes to that person. It will route to an actual person at Hostcomm.
Demo Option 2 - Automated survey
Demonstrates IVR-SQL database integration and text to speech, survey asks a series of questions. The answers are stored in SQL and can viewed after the test by entering the PIN you entered during the test into the box below:
Demo Option 3 - Weather forecast
Demonstrates speech recognition, text to speech and database integration. By saying a ZIP code (US only at the moment) you can be read the weather for that area. E.g. say "10010" which is the zip code for our US office in New York.
Demo Option 4 - Pizza ordering
Demonstrates speech recognition and text to speech. Follow the menu prompts to design your own Pizza and then order it.
Demo Option 5 - Latest News
Demonstrates text to speech by reading from the BBC news web site the latest news stories.
