Happy New Year to all readers!
Hopefully you had a wonderful time and are now ready to go back to work, I am certainly getting technical withdrawal symptoms! So if you are too you'll be relieved to know that we have some exciting new initiatives for 2011.
The focus will be on innovative new products and improving our customer experience. Here are some of the things we achieved in 2010:
- The opening of our US office, Point of Presence (POP) and data centre.
- Further POP’s in Ireland and Spain.
- The implementation of our automated provisioning platform and 24/7 web store.
- Our web based ticketing system, online Blog and Announcements areas
- The continual growth and development of our Hosted Contact Centre Service
2011 is gearing up to be an equally busy year with the following initiatives on the agenda :-
- Opening up further international POP’s
- Upgrading our real time monitoring and management platform
- Upgrading our ContactPro hosted telephony platform to provide new features including WEB 2.0 improvements for presence, web page call control, live call reporting and clickable features.
- Improvements to our Hosted dialer service.
- Mobile PBX services (MVNO) allowing you to replace your office PBX with a mobile one.
