All hostcomm customers receive a secure login to our web portal for call reports. There are hundreds of different types of reports that can be produced to suit most requirements. The reports can be scheduled so that they are automatically produced and emailed to you.

All reports are exported via web page, CSV, Excel, or as a .txt file. The most common reports are as follows: - Abandoned calls - Top 10 callers - Longest ring response - Top 10 most expensive callers - International calls - Internal calls - Number of calls taken per extension
